OSDB REPORTS SCAM
Please be aware that there is a ring of impostors pretending to be employed by the Ohio State Dental Board who are trying to scam dentists out of money. They are calling from what appears to be the Dental Board’s phone lines. They are further threatening to revoke dental licenses and even going to the extent of requesting immediate monetary payment. Please know that the Dental Board will never threaten to suspend or revoke your license or ask for payment over the phone. If you receive any such threats or calls from individuals that sound suspicious, then please report the matter to your local law enforcement authority.
