Court ruling on statute of repose is culmination of years of efforts

In December 2012, the Ohio Supreme Court issued a ruling upholding the four-year medical and dental malpractice statute of repose. The court’s ruling marks a successful culmination of nearly 20 years of efforts by the ODA to establish a time limit on exposure to malpractice liability for dentists.
