  • The Annual Session Preview Program is now available! See the Attendee page to view a digital copy. Request a hard copy via email (amy@oda.org).
  • An exhibitor list has been posted on our website for attendees – is your logo missing? Be sure to upload a logo to your company profile on the exhibit floor plan, which will update the exhibitor list. Send an email to amy@oda.org to request your login credentials for the floor plan.
  • Advertise in upcoming issues ODA Today, to promote your participation and make sure attendees look for your booth on-site! See Place an Ad for details and contact Amy Szmania at amy@oda.org to submit your ad request.
  • The ODA does not work with third parties to provide hotel reservations or mailing list services. Please do not engage with such companies if they contact you. See the information at the bottom of this page for hotel needs and to request a FREE pre-show mailing list.
  • Did you know that an Exhibits Only Pass is available to any dental team member who is not planning to attend courses or other Annual Session events but would like to visit the Exhibit Hall? This pass is available to attendees in the registration process, and does not include any other benefits that registered attendees enjoy. Passes are available for one day only during the meeting, and all passes are FREE on Saturday.

Exhibit Hall Prize Drawings

Attendees have the chance to win a $500 VISA gift card each day, simply by making purchases in the Exhibit Hall!

To enter, attendees upload purchase receipts to the official Annual Session mobile app, which will automatically tally the amount purchased each day, and the app will award entries for the daily prize drawing according to the total amount purchased.

For example, if the total spent for one day is less than $500, one entry is awarded; if $500-$999 is spent, two entries are awarded, and so on.  Prize winners will be announced at the end of Exhibit Hall Hours each day.

TL;DR:  the more your customers spend, the more chances they have to win!

Attendees will also have the opportunity to win gift cards each day by visiting specific areas in the Exhibit Hall and scanning a QR code, “scavenger hunt” style.

Feature your new product in ODA Today!

Are you planning to introduce a new product or service at the 2024 ODA Annual Session? Will you be demonstrating a new feature or a new version of an existing product?

If so, we want to hear from you!

An upcoming article in our monthly newsletter, ODA Today, will feature highlights of the exhibit hall – and we want to include information about new products or services you plan to introduce at the meeting.

Please send a brief synopsis of your new products or service to amy@oda.org for consideration! Companies will be featured in the June, July, August, and September issues.

Private Meeting Spaces

Semi-private meeting spaces will be available for exhibitor representatives to hold meetings with customers. While not soundproof, these spaces will be set off of the main exhibit floor, allowing for private conversations.

The spaces will be set with a table and chairs, and will be open to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. One space will be reserved for Ohio Services Corp’s partner companies, and the other two will be open to all.

As a courtesy to your colleagues, please do not use the space for more than 30 minutes per meeting, and do not take food into the space.

Preventative Products Roundtable Breakfast for Dental Hygienists
Friday, September 13, 7:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
Company representatives deliver short (8-10 min) demonstrations about preventative products to small groups of dental hygienists while they enjoy breakfast on Friday morning. This opportunity is offered at no cost to exhibitors.

All exhibitor spots have been reserved for this program. If you would like to be an alternate, please send a note to amy@oda.org.

Hops & Shops
Thursday, September 12, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Kegs of Ohio craft beers will be placed in various stations throughout the Exhibit Hall on Thursday evening, featuring free pours for attendees! Cash bars will also be available throughout the hall for other beverage purchases.

Enhance your experience at this event! Sponsor catered snacks, desserts, appetizers, or drinks, such as:
