Submitting your purchase history for an expense audit to learn how much you can save is simple!
  • Please submit your most recent invoices for your purchase history analysis via email to oda@safcodental.com, or via fax to (614) 340-9444.
  • Your purchase history report can be as simple as a picture of an invoice(s) or an exported report from your current provider. Your purchase history should include the product description, manufacturer #, competitor item # (if available), and price you are currently paying. 
  • Our team will review your purchase history and show you comparable products and how much you can save as an OhioDDS member.
