Dr. Howard Farran will be recording segments for his Podcast, “Dentistry Uncensored,” on the evening of Sept. 13 in the Exhibit Hall! The recording will feature several topics, including a panel discussion with new dentists. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Enjoy a free cocktail with your colleagues

New dentists are invited to the New Dentist Reception at Denmark on Sept. 13 from 9-11 p.m. Denmark is a Euro-style cocktail bar located just across the street from the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Attendees receive two free drink tickets. The event is free for dentists in practice for 10 years or less and their spouses, but registration is required using Event Code E92.

The ODA Subcouncil on New Dentists is hosting an event at ODA Annual Session to help dentists, dental residents and dental students who are looking for a job match up with dentists who are preparing for a practice transition or looking to expand their practice.

MATCH @ ODA Annual Session is a free event and will take place from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15. Registration is required using Event Code E96. 

Learn about life after dental school at a dental student luncheon

Dental students are invited to join the ODA Subcouncil on New Dentists for a luncheon featuring an interactive game of Jeopardy! Students will have the opportunity to hear from new dentists as they share their personal experiences and ask questions. This event is free to attend but registration is required.
