Christensen, Farran, Levin to headline ODA Annual Session; course registration now available
Dr. Gordon Christensen, Dr. Howard Farran and Dr. Roger Levin will headline the 2018 ODA Annual Session. This year’s Annual Session – more engagement = more achievement – will be Sept. 13-16 in Columbus.
“We take pride in presenting a great platform of nationally known speakers each year, but this year we are extremely proud to bring three of the top presenters on the circuit to our meeting,” said 2018 ODA Annual Session Committee Chairman Dr. Betsy Mueller. “Drs. Levin, Farran and Christensen are headliners at any meeting they attend, but to have them all in the same year at the ODA Annual Session is truly special. We realize that CE opportunities exist online, but these specific speakers create excellent team-building opportunities that can only be best experienced in person.”
Levin will present “New Game. New Rules. New Playbook. Winning Strategies for Increasing Production” on Thursday, Sept. 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This practice management course is aimed at dentists and staff, and topics will include over 100 pearls that can be implemented ASAP; internal and online marketing for increasing the number of new patients; how to effectively manage the practice’s online reputation; and strategies for collecting 99 percent of all fees and reducing no-shows to under one percent. Register with course code T10.
Farran will present “One-Day Dental MBA” on Friday, Sept. 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This course will provide attendees with the tools needed to help build a rewarding, meaningful and profitable dental office. Attendees of this course will learn business fundamentals, be able to implement a staffing formula for a highly-motivated team and understand profitable practice marketing. Register for this course with code F32.
In addition to his course, Farran will be recording segments for his Podcast, “Dentistry Uncensored,” on the evening of Sept. 13 in the Exhibit Hall. Save the date for this exciting opportunity to be part of the audience.

In addition to these big name speakers, Annual Session will feature courses for the entire dental team. From technical hands-on workshops, to office management and team building, Annual Session will offer something for everyone.
