    Dr. Melanie Satterfield had always provided free care to children in need through the Give Kids A Smile program. A few years ago, she and her office got a surprise at one of its Give Kids A Smile events - an Amish family with children came to her office in their buggy to receive dental care after reading about the event in the newspaper.
